Ready to install DIY A4 grade stainless steel polished swageless wire cable balustrade, easily make your own wire system with this sleek toggle system. Can be used with timber or steel posts.

This system can be used on angles such as stairs and straight runs, commonly also used with architectural canopy designs. This system is very convenient as it does not require any further items such as eye bolts or fixing straps to connect to balustrade posts

Cost effective, no expensive swage tools required, simply fit the swageless end to complete each run - simple!

End 1 is a rigging screw adjuster with a flexible toggle end, this is supplied already pre-swaged onto 4mm 1x19 stainless steel wire rope (various lengths available). Comes with locking nuts

End 2 is a swageless DIY fitting with a flexible toggle end, this can be easily attached to the blank end of the wire with basic tools (2 x spanners)

TOP TIPS

  • Use one of our 8" steel wire rope cutters to cut the wire onsite to exact length required
  • When measuring always set the rigging screw at mid open point, this allows for adjustment either way on your balustrade ( +/- )
  • Supplied with wood screws for attachment to timber posts, if you want to use this system with steel posts you will have to supply your own screws
  • Clean once a year with a microfibre cloth and WD40
