I need a VAT invoice, how do I get a copy?
- A hard copy VAT invoice is sent out with your goods
- A VAT invoice gets auto-generated with every order and emailed to you (it maybe worth checking your junk folder)
- Log-in to your user account on the website, a VAT invoice will be available to download in the order section
Still need a VAT invoice? Email us with your order number/date/amount to sales@gsproducts.co.uk for a copy
Can I place an order over the telephone?
No - we do not take orders over the telephone, we only take orders via this website
Can I collect?
No, we do not offer collections (even if yam local)
How long do orders take to arrive?
Usually 2 working days if you select a courier service
Do you offer a next day service?
No, we do our best to get all orders out as quick as possible for everyone, some orders with multiple goods or specific cut lengths of chain, wire rope or wire rope fabrications do take longer to prepare, as mentioned above please allow 2-3 working days
Do we have an account with you?
No, we do not offer accounts, you may have a log in for the website to see previous orders etc but we do not offer accounts
Can you offer credit/trade accounts?
No, we are strictly a pre-paid website only
Can I get a discount?
We do not offer discounts currently
Do you process purchase orders?
We can process purchase orders however the price of the goods will increase by 10% from the advertised online price, there is also a £50.00 minimum order charge - it is always faster and cheaper to order through the website
Are items in stock?
Yes, we keep good stock levels, if the website allows you to add goods to the basket they will be in stock
Can I get a quote?
We do not usually offer quotes as goods are priced as advertised online, to get a overall cost simply add all your items to the shopping basket and see the full costs there
What couriers do you use?
We use DPD for parcels or various pallet couriers for heavier orders
How much is postage?
If you add all goods to the shopping basket there is a postage calculator there
I am not in the UK, can I still order?
Please email us with a full list of goods and your address and we will send back a quote
