GS Products can now offer various tensile testing procedures for our custom made steel wire rope fabrications, lifting gear or any item you require with our new in-house 20ton vertical test bed, we can now offer the below tests…<\/p>\n

Breaking Load \/ Test to Destruction Test<\/strong>
\nUsed to determine the Minimum Breaking Load (MBL), this test is most commonly carried out for our custom steel wire rope fabrications, we can test upto a maximum of 20tons<\/p>\n

Proof Loading Test<\/strong>
\nProof load testing is generally performed to the Working Load Limit (WLL) and is subjected and monitored over a time of usually 2 hours. We can also perform proof load testing of two times the Working Load Limit (up to 20 tons maximum) for two minutes, this type of test is usually carried out with Lifting Equipment<\/p>\n

Our test services give you a record of test certificate and help you put your goods into service with confidence, our testing equipment is routinely serviced and calibrated by an independent specialists company<\/p>\n

Commonly tested items are steel wire rope fabrications, steel chain and lifting gear<\/p>\n
